Proof Terms:
POD Books: charged at your book's POD rate + shipping.
If you make changes to the files after your first proof, the $80 setup fee will be charged again before preparing your next proof.
Bulk Print: 1st proof - included in your order. Subsequent proofs incur an $80 fee due to re-setup work required.
Bulk Print Terms: If you choose bulk printing, after you approve the quote, you will be invoiced for the cost of printing your books in bulk. You will then receive monthly invoices for any shipping and fulfilment chargers for your orders.
Print on Demand Terms: Print on Demand books will be invoiced monthly, after the first of the following month. (This is advantageous as it gives you time to collect payment from customers.) You agree to pay the invoice for the printing and shipping costs of your book.
Late Payments: All invoices are due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the invoice date (“Net 14”). Any amounts not paid within this period will accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the outstanding balance
Undelivered Books Terms: Based on historical data, we have found that 0.64% of customers' packages are undelivered (either due to a customer entering their address wrong, porch theft, or other issue). In the event that your customer's book is undelivered, you will still be charged for the cost of the book and shipping. (We recommend handling this by emailing your customer and seeing if they have an alternative address, and then re-sending the book to them.)
