Greenlamp Newsletters is built directly into your Greenlamp account, giving you a simple, streamlined way to publish and ship your monthly physical newsletter - without having to manage printing, logistics, and other overhead.

How It Works

Step 1 — Request Your Newsletter Account Setup

Start by requesting your Greenlamp Newsletter setup. Our team will:

- Create your Master Mailing List

- Integrate your list with your funnel to ensure automatic compilation

Step 2 — Sell Your Newsletter

Use your Greenlamp funnel or website to sell your physical newsletter subscription.

Every successful sale or renewal payment:

- Automatically adds the customer to your mailing list

- Prepares them to receive your next monthly issue

- Notes whether they need a welcome letter or not

Step 3 — Submit Your Monthly Issue

Once per month:

- Write your latest issue

- Review your Master Mailing List

- Remove any customers that were refunded for this upcoming issue.

- Copy this month's orders into a new .CSV to submit.

Make your monthly submission via Newsletters in your Greenlamp Account:

- Mailing List (final subscriber list for that month)

- Newsletter Issue File (your new issue)

- Welcome Letter (optional, recommended with first issue)

- Ride Along Letter (optional)

Step 4 — We Print, Package & Ship

After you submit:

- We check your files for correctness

- Your newsletters are printed and assembled

- Packaging is applied (plastic sleeve + heavy flatpack envelope)

- Orders are shipped via the delivery method you choose

Once the files are received from you, orders generally take 2-5 business days days to ship.

Billing

You will be invoiced within 30 days of your newsletters being printed and shipped.

- Insert options

- Shipping method

A typical estimate:
$3–$6 per completed package, plus shipping which is between $8-12 for most domestic orders.
